Damage by range
Damage per bullet by body part, and shots needed to kill an opponent with 100 HP wearing: Heavy Armor.
| Range | Head | Body | Legs |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 to 50 m | 200 (1 shot) | 50 (3 shots) | 42 (4 shots) |
How to play it
The Warden is an automatic rifle added in patch 13.06, at the same price as the Vandal and the Phantom. It fires slowly, 6.5 rounds per second, with an 18-round magazine and only 36 in reserve, but every bullet hits hard: 200 to the head, 50 to the body, 42 to the legs, with no falloff up to 50 m. Right click activates a 2x zoom with almost no spread on the first shot (0.04°). Play it with precise shots or short bursts: the magazine empties fast.
When to buy it
A full buy at 2,900 credits, with armor and abilities, like the Vandal. It looks suited to long angles, given its 2x zoom, but no player feedback confirms that yet. Avoid it on a force buy: same price as the other rifles and only 36 rounds in reserve.
Strengths
- 200 headshot damage across the whole range: one shot kills, even against Heavy Armor (200 - 50 = 150).
- Two body shots (50 each) kill a 100 HP enemy with no armor, versus three for the Vandal or the Phantom.
- Built-in 2x zoom with 0.04° of spread on the first standing shot: accurate on long angles without switching weapons.
- Constant damage from 0 to 50 m: no falloff to keep track of depending on distance.
Weaknesses
- Fire rate of 6.5 rounds per second, well below the Vandal (9.75): a close or missed duel lasts longer.
- An 18-round magazine and 36 in reserve: a missed spray empties the weapon, and the margin for error is small.
- Against armor, it takes 3 body shots versus 4 for the Vandal, but at 6.5 rounds per second the time to kill is the same (0.31 s): the body advantage disappears.
- Weapon released in patch 13.06: little community feedback, so your settings and shooting style are still yours to build.
Tips
- Use the 2x zoom to hold long angles: first-shot spread drops to 0.04° and the fire rate doesn't drop.
- Aim for the head: 200 damage always kills, while a 50 body shot doesn't kill on its own.
- Counter-strafe before every shot: +6° of spread while running, like the other rifles.
- Count your bullets: 18 per magazine, so fire short bursts and reload behind cover (2.5 s).
- Watch your field of view while zoomed: at 2x you see less on the sides.
The aim to train

Static
Clicking on static targets
With 200 headshot damage and a slow fire rate, every shot has to be a clean flick onto a stationary target.
Drills to improveStrafe Click
Clicking while strafing
Counter-strafe then shoot: spread on the move (+6°) makes running shots unreliable.

Compare with
VandalSame price. The Vandal fires faster (9.75 versus 6.5) with 25 rounds; the Warden hits harder and offers a 2x zoom with 18 rounds.
PhantomSame price. The Phantom is silenced and fires at 11 rounds per second; the Warden demands more precise shots and isn't silenced.
GuardianThe Guardian is semi-automatic, cheaper (2,250), and penetrates walls better (high versus medium); the Warden fires automatically.
